Very unprofessional and kind of rude. Anytime we had to cancel or reschedule it was made to seem like it was a big problem. BUT, she had no problem canceling on us SAMEDAY MULTIPLE TIMES. The cancelations were too often and again, on the day of the appointment. Most recently, we got canceled on then rescheduled and canceled on AGAIN. We had to move things around to get rescheduled and then canceled on. We asked for a refund or a discount and guess what? We got ghosted. Never got a response about being rescheduled. Not the treatment expected for a long time customer. This is a very, very unprofessional place. Be warned.

Have not found a better groomer. Crystal takes her time with my baby and does such a great job. I love that she is patient with him. I drop him off and he’s ready within the hour and such a great price. I highly recommend!

I just found a grooming gem! Crystal is very kind and professional. I appreciated how she explained the grooming process. She answered all my questions and gave helpful at-home recommendations for my blind 9 month old husky to get more comfortable with grooming. Sophia looked and smelled great! I didn't think her coat could get any prettier and softer, but Crystal accomplished both! We look forward to seeing her again.

I have a 4 month old golden doodle and this is my first time booking with a groomer and Crystal was amazing ! She was quick to respond at the time of booking and she was very detailed with explaining everything! Booking was so easy and when I got there she made sure to explain everything she had options on cuts and definitely listened to my wants and needs as well as educating me ! She even sent updates when she could about how my puppy was doing! This definitely helped with the nerves of leaving my puppy for the first time and crystal made me feel so at ease ! I would 10/10 recommend and I already have my next appointment booked !

I’m so happy we found Crystal. We had been in search of a new trusted groomer for a couple of months now that was kennel free. Today was my Nala’s first appointment (she is a standard poodle) with her and I feel really happy with the end result. I know Nala was in great hands and was well taken care of. Crystal was very informative through text and very helpful. I will recommend Crystal to all of my friends who have fur babies! We are now loyal customers. 🥰
