PetSmart Grooming

I brought my dog in for 3:30 for a grooming appointment. 15 minutes prior to the appointment i called to make sure everything was alright. They claim they were ahead of schedule. When I arrived for the appointment, they tried to convince me to cancel because the air conditioner was broken. I asked "why didn't you mention that 15 minutes ago when I called"? they gave me no answer. I decide to wait in the lobby for over two and half hours with zero results. This will be the last time I bring my dog here.

We bought a 55 gal aquarium about a year ago. It came with an enclosed top and integrated lights. The lights on 1 side are going out. I visited to get a replacement. The associate told me to go to Home Depot, have acrylic cut to size and buy an adjustable light fixture. That is not what I want, I want to replace the exchangeable light bar in the tank hood. That is supposedly not possible.

The PetSmart was nice, customer service was good. However I dropped off my Pug, and my son went to pick her up. I requested the summer package always get the upgraded package she loves to look pretty with the bandana and plays with her toy on the way home. They did not give me the summer package as requested. This is my first time using this location and she has never come out after 20 minutes of bath and brushing still shedding. She was there for two hours, but She ended up with a basic wash. They didn't charge me for the summer package. I still paid $50 for a shampoo.
