I wanted to share my experience in case it helps other pet owners. My dog was groomed at this salon and I was informed beforehand that she would need to be shaved due to her coat condition. I agreed to proceed. After the appointment, I did express disappointment about how short she had to be shaved, but I was not disrespectful. When I later reached out to schedule another grooming appointment, I was told by the owner that they did not feel my dog was a good fit going forward and that they did not believe they could meet my expectations. I respect their decision to decline future services, but I was surprised by it given that I had only expressed concern about one grooming outcome and had otherwise always described my dog as a sweet, well-behaved dog. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other pet owners know what to expect when it comes to communication and expectations at this salon.

I took my sweet puppy, Mia, here yesterday for her very first grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier! She is a local Grand Prairie street rescue—a long and short cutie with beautiful brindle markings and a little pit head—and she is absolutely everything to our family. Because she’s never been left anywhere without us before, I was a bit nervous, but the experience was flawless. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us so warmly. The boutique's ambiance is fantastic and incredibly thoughtful—they were even playing dog meditation music on the TV (Mia’s favorite stay-at-home music!), and I loved the cute gold-framed doggie photo on the desk. What blew me away was how the owner went completely out of her way to make sure my baby felt comfortable, safe, and not stressed or startled. Knowing Mia was nervous, she even restricted herself from using the loud hair blower on her and used box fans instead so she stayed calm. I am completely in love with this boutique and the owner. This is officially our #1 spot for Mia going forward! If you want a place that treats your fur baby like family, this is it.

We had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. Revy was handled with patience and attentiveness throughout her appointment. Her groom turned out beautifully — neat, balanced, and exactly what I hoped for. Most importantly, she left relaxed and comfortable. We truly appreciate the quality of care and look forward to returning.
