This is a great idea. I would bring your own shampoo. There is a kink in the top of the hose where the wand attaches only reason I gave 4 stars. It was clean good pressure nice to have a place instead of the bathtub. 20 bucks was enough to do both dogs One is 75 lb the other is 30.

It was great for my big dog but the soap could've been soapyer and could've had a stronger scent.The settings were hard to recognize when they came out of the hose. The vacuum made noise but wasn't working. It wasn't a terrible experience cause my dog didn't mind it and it definitely beat an aching back.

I went in genuinely excited to try this place, and wow… what a letdown. $20 completely wasted. The hose constantly kinked, turning what should’ve been a simple rinse into a frustrating battle just to wash my medium-sized dog. The shampoo? Basically water. Yes, I turned the knob multiple times and still got the saddest, most diluted excuse for soap. And don’t even get me started on the dryer. My at-home hair dryer has more power than that thing. It barely moved my dog’s coat, which makes me question why there’s even a “vacuum” setting. Why would I need to vacuum my dog if the dryer actually did its job and dried them properly in the first place? I originally planned to bring my husky here, but after testing it out with my medium-sized dog, there’s no chance I’m coming back. If it can’t handle a regular coat, it definitely can’t handle a husky. Super disappointing experience. Save your money.

Honestly wouldn’t do this again. Right when I walked in clumps of dog hair EVERYWHERE. Shame on you for leaving it like that!!! It’s a great concept but I spent the first few minutes disinfecting and cleaning from the previous person. Which felt disgusting. Then, I didn’t mind anything other than the drier isn’t strong enough. I have a small dachshund and it didnt dry him. The entire point of this for me was the drying! lol. I’ll never be back.

DogWash was well maintained, visiting from Dallas. Someone was changing out the vacuum hose when I arrived. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes. I didn’t mind because he was fixing a problem. Even though I have a Pit-Boxer mix that absolutely HATES VACUUMS.. I understand that some dogs don’t mind them. I brought my own soap but the washer works similarly to a car wash knob. There were options to use a soapy mix, rinse, and a conditioner to help with dogs who can take a conditioning on their coats. This was such a saving grace for a owner of a dog name Benjamin who LOVES TO CHASE SKUNKS🦨💨🐶🐾 😒
