Great customer service and great quality of the grooming! The employee helping me at the front desk threw in a free blueberry facial for my first groom. So nice! I inspected my dog after the groom and his paws were a lot whiter, nails were not clipped to short, and he smelled great and looked great overall. The only thing I would say needs improvement on is that the scent left on my dog does not last long after being groomed. Whenever I go to petsmart to groom my dog, the scent is strong and lasts a very long time. Lastly, I got a goodie bag after picking my dog up which included dog treats, coupon for juice next door, poop bags, water bottle, and some candy. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Great service, and very thorough! The staff members are so friendly and welcoming! They went through the whole grooming process, all the membership options in detail, and left my dog a goodie bag. They did a wonderful job with the bathe, deshedding, and nail clipping. Will be back!!

Our girl is a shy rescue and the team here took such great care of her. She came in pretty matted, so it ended up being a long appointment and since it was her first grooming experience I was a little nervous. But they kept me updated throughout her visit and were incredibly patient with her. They made sure she had breaks when she needed them and gave her lots of pets and reassurance so she felt safe and comfortable. The staff is so friendly, and I truly couldn’t have hoped for a better team to take care of Pepper for her first grooming!

First time I used Scenthound. I made an appointment the day before. I brought my Labradoodle in all fluffy and hairy with tangled knots from rolling around and frolicking. They shaved him down perfectly while maintaining the cuteness of the breed. My dog loved them and they were so nice to my dog and my girlfriend and I. It’s raining around the corner from my house, so it’s convenient and much cheaper than the last time when I had a mobile groomer come and it was about twice the price For everything they do it is a great value

My family and I absolutely love coming to Scenthound as the staff are always welcoming and you can definitely tell the amount of love that they have for any dogs that comes in their facility. Drop off and pick up is always seamless and they’re always very thorough with the scent checks (which are my favorite part). My dog always leaves looking and smelling so good! All of the staff are very kind and friendly. Hands-down one of the best places I’ve taken my sweet Blake to. I highly recommend and will be returning.
