We’ve had a great experience boarding our dog here when we travel! I love that daycare is included with overnight boarding so he gets plenty of time to play and socialize instead of just sitting around. One of our favorite parts is the daily update videos. The kids absolutely love getting to see what he’s up to while we’re away, and it’s always fun to see him enjoying himself. And the grooming is a win for me! He comes home happy, clean, and smelling amazing. It’s nice knowing he’s being well cared for while we’re away.

Pawtown pet resort was wonderful at taking care of my dog. My dog is a senior one and very sweet, and they made sure she was pampered and well cared for. The place is spotless clean and very amusing for a perfect dog environment where they can play and have plenty of space and comfort! I highly recommend Pawtown pet resort for your pet’s boarding/day care!!!

I absolutely looove Pawtown!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I was given a tour which made me feel comfortable leaving my baby there! Saturday my girl had a beauty parlor day🤗She was absolutely Gawgeous when I picked her up 💚💚💚Mind you the Groomer worked us in and I have to say I was so appreciative 💚💚 Hannah is a jewel! Always kind and helpful and it is genuine! The entire staff is great!!! I highly recommend Pawtown they really Love caring for you pet💚

We have been customers of Pawtown since 2019 and Have absolutely loved all of our experiences with leaving our pets there! We always appreciate the videos and Wag Reports That we get while we’re gone to let us know that our dog is doing well and most importantly, enjoying his time at Pawtown! The facilities, each representative that we’ve interacted with, and the quality of care have not changed since we first became customers and we greatly appreciate how much care and time the staff takes to ensure that our dog is being taken care of while we’re gone. We’ve always received A++ customer service and the team always does a great job and explaining any changes to the cost of services, as well as elaborating on various packages that we have. One thing that I’ve always noticed is that anytime that we go inside the facilities, it’s always clean And they always will update you you when picking up your pet on anything that they’ve noticed that might be a concern while you’re gone. I highly recommend Pawtown anytime that you need to either board your animal, or if you want them to go for daycare. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and most of all, make you feel comfortable in leaving you

We love taking our pitbull Ellie to pawtown! She took a few days to get used to boarding but based on the report cards they sent us she has so much fun during playtime with other dogs. The playtime seems like they do it in small manageable groups so no worries about things getting crazy. And they happily adjust prices if they missed something which is appreciated. We really trust and love this place
