Have taken our dogs here a few times, no problem. This last time they really injured one of our dogs. They didn't call when it happened. When we got there to pick up, they claimed our dogs nail was broken when he got there. He is in excruciating pain and was not like that when we left him there. No way was this a broken nail as they claimed. Emergency vet an hour later confirmed that could not have been from broken nail. They had to remove his nail and protect the quick. Now 1500 later, we are still dealing with his pain and risk of infection. Be cautious taking your pets here.

This Pet salon is beyond the 5 stars and so thankful to have found them! They have been grooming my senior dog who is 12yrs and just a few times going totally changed him! I will forever be going to glam paws and recommending to everyone because of their amazing love for pets! I have had multiple bad experiences with grooming that traumatized him to go and he’s a shihpoo so upkeep is a MUST have. I brought him in with a muzzle because I know how he is very sensitive with getting a haircut and especially his feet even he wouldn’t let me groom his feet so I needed help. Needless to say he goes to glam paws muzzle free and the happiest pup after each visit! ❤️ He literally comes home feeling himself! And beyond thankful for their patience with him to get him to be able to come to a place where he feels comfortable and loved!

STAY AWAY! Horrible management, after discussing with the manager about one of their groomers hurting our dog and telling her we took our dog to the Vet less than 48 hours after picking her up from the groomer, she STILL denied any fault in it and THEN I had to follow up myself to reach her A WEEK LATER about the claim just to hear they will be denying my clam. P.S. I also explained to her that even though the Vet can’t 100% confirm at the time (due to all the hair this breed has) that the time period from groomer to vet, she did not go to daycare or any dog parks. The wound took about A MONTH to heal. Hide your children from these animals. (EDITED IN RESPONSE) I love how management tries to blame it happening before grooming. When I also told her that our other dog was the one that noticed his sister was hurt. So if it was prior to grooming he would have notified us before instead of AFTER grooming at this location and ignores the fact that we went to the Vet post grooming not a week or month later. There’s other better groomers in the area with better pricing and SAFER.

Edit to the response i recived. I picked my dogs up within 2 hours off so their groom took significantly less time than at any other salon. Also, both of my dogs didn't have excessively long hair, the black dog has the same length hair 24/7 and the yorkie did not have long hair at all. Once I posted this to my neighborhood page others have commented that they have felt taken advantage of from this salon in the past year so I dont know if there was a recent change. No other salon has ever implied that my dogs' hair was too long so this is a first and ridiculous. I'll add photos of their "too long hair" after this tidy up groom, so their length didn't change at all and again, I've never had any groomer claim my dogs' hair was "too long " for a tidy up. Edit to my first review: Today I took my yorkie and my affenpinscher in for "tidy up" appointments. The first time I booked here the pricing was extremely transparent, which is why I chose this salon over my previous one(as you can see in my first review below). Today though, both of my dogs were charged the same for a tidy up as I was charged last time for a full groom on my yorkie. I called and asked why and apparently I was up char
