Shelby (at the Maple rd location) is my go to for grooming our 105 lbs Bernedoodle since we moved to Ann Arbor. She does an excellent job and our pup is always excited to see her. She clearly likes and knows how to handle big dogs and he comes back happy and with a great look.

I love the pet wash ticket. Buy 4 get the 5th one free. Because my dog is so leash reactive I have to run him in there and run him out. They just punch my card and off we go!

Decent enough store but they absolutely RUINED my dog’s coat. Just to be clear, my dog now looks like a clown. He looks like he’s decomposing. Whoever’s cutting hair back there should be jailed. Just put down the shears forever. They basically cut it down as much as possible in the easily accessible spots and left it scruffy everywhere that wasn’t convenient for them to massacre. Obviously I can’t read my dog’s mind but I’m sure his self esteem is WRECKED. Just look at the pictures of him (3 long months after his catastrophic cut). The store, workers, and self-wash stations are all very nice, but I had to leave one star because of what they did to my frickin dawg (dog).

I brought a family’s friend dog in to use the self service wash about a week ago. Now granted I was trimming nails in the tub, which understandably I agree shouldn't have been done. I respect that and was quick to stop after an associate approached me. Come forth a week later, I brought my own dog to use the self service wash. Coming here isn’t my first choice as I work in a grooming salon, but now that I’m receiving training at a different location I was in need of a place to get my dog washed so I could finish a trim at home. The associate who had seen me a week prior had noticed I was using the self wash again, and reminded me again that nail trimming was not allowed in the tubs, unprompted as I was just taking my pup’s harness off. I would understand if I had not adhered to their rules after the first reminder, but this was not the case. The associate came across very condescending, and I do not appreciate being spoken to like a child. No customer should have to worry about being ‘reprimanded’ every time they use a service because of one instance that was rectified. I have never had a good experience with the staff here at Wag n Wash, ever since its opening as many of its emp

We had an awful experience with our dog grooming at this WagnWash location, and DO NOT recommend this place at all. Moreover, the way the situation was handled after left a sore taste in our mouth. We made a full grooming appointment for our dog - an Australian shepherd mix - at this location for afternoon on Monday, November 4. When we went to drop her, the groomer asked the blade size she should use. This is the first time we have been asked that question. It was our second time at Wag n' Wash (we recently moved to a house very close to the location), and we have had our dog groomed at Pet Supplies Plus and Pet Smart before - we have never before been asked that question. The groomers have always asked us for an idea of how short we want to go, and they then take the call on what is appropriate for that breed. We mentioned the same to the groomer, and she kept insisting on picking a blade size. After going along with the longer size of her suggestions, we left. When we went to pick her up, we found the groomer has stripped our dog completely (analogous to a the "lion-cut"). We were very upset, and conveyed this to the groomer and to the store manager. They kept insisting that i
