This was my dogs first time here and when booking I asked for a groomer that would do well with my anxious dog, so I was scheduled with Bekah. When bringing my dog in I informed her that he gets really anxious when being groomed, especially when his sanitary area or nails are involved, and that he will try to bite. My dog is a mix of bichon frise and chihuahua and weighs ~15 lbs, and in the moment tried to leave right then in there. He couldn’t since I was carrying him but it’s clear he was already uncomfortable. I said that my sister will be picking him up. Later my sister calls me and says that my dog has his blood vessels burst in one eye. However when I called them and asked for Bekah specifically, she told me that she wasn’t sure what it was and that if I took him to the vet they would pay. She said that she cut the nail too short and when he freaked out and flailed around, he pissed and pooped on her table, and she had to pin him down. I clarified if she meant she cut the quick, which is very sensitive and different from “cutting too short”, and she said yes. She said she stopped the bleeding then put him in a kennel to calm down. She didn’t notice his eyes until she brought

I would give Woof Gang 10 stars if I could! WOW! We are so impressed and grateful for how they took care of our Lillie. 😍❤️ Fiona handled her with such care and precision; we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Lillie is new to our family after having a very rough life and being found abandoned on the highway. Our girl left feeling like she had a new lease on life, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you!!!

Fiona groomed our sweet girl and she did amazing! It was our pups first time being groomed and we couldn’t be more happy with how her hair cut turned out & she smells amazing! Also our pup was in good spirits when we picked her up!

We have three poms and always struggle to get them in some place timely, let alone some place that actually does a really good job! We were so thrilled with our experience here and will have standing appointments moving forward! The staff is so friendly and seems to genuinely care for the pups in their care. Thank you!!

Ashton grooms all six of my dogs, and we absolutely love her. She can truly do it all. She’s incredibly skilled, patient, and knowledgeable with every coat type and personality, and she consistently delivers amazing results. My dogs always come back looking beautiful, healthy, and perfectly groomed. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in her work and the care she gives each dog. I trust her completely. Ashton is exceptional, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier groomer.
