Took my 8mo Newfoundland-Poodle to get a grooming, Teresa did a fantastic job. New to the process of getting a dog groomed and she was great and informative. My pup loved it and I will be going back for sure. Very straightforward process and was not a long time frame to get her in and booked for the appointment. Get work!

Love Sudsy Pup Spa!! Great customer service, very kind & helpful. They are patient with my anxious shepherd & are great about keeping his ears dry since he's prone to ear infections. They do such a great job with him, he looks & smells so good when I pick him up! His nails are done well & his fur trimmed neatly between his paw pads & OMG they do the best de-shed treatment out of anywhere he's been! & to top it all off Sudsy Pup Spa prices are so reasonable! I can't recommend them enough!

I have never been to this groomer before and felt comfortable leaving my dog there. The salon is open, airy and very clean. I love that they take precautions to protect the dogs with a gate right inside the door and the door is locked. When your dog is done they are allowed to roam up front instead of being caged. Having the extra security is great. Teresa groomed my dog and asked a lot of questions before as to what I wanted. My furbaby looked exactly as discussed when I picked him up. Teresa reported out how he did and what he didn’t like and how she worked around his dislikes. I could tell she really takes pride in her work and loves animals. I think I found my go to groomer! Already set up my next appointment. Thanks Teresa!

In the past we have had good experiences at this salon, however yesterday changed that for good. We received a message ahead of time that injuries had happened because they blamed our dog for being jumpy. She was likely jumpy because she kept being injured. We were only aware of the extent of those injuries after bringing our dog to the vet that same day. One injury on her leg was still excessively bleeding and required stitches, she had two nicks on her neck, one on her torso that is two inches long, and her paw was burned so bad that she won't stand on it. She's a complete mess. We can no longer trust this location with a member of our family. Be careful if you decide to bring your pup here.
