The staff at Wag Hotel Oakland were absolutely wonderful! So warm and welcoming. They even called during the day to give me updates, which really put my mind at ease. The space is very clean and clearly set up for dogs to have fun. My dog came home tired, and you could tell he had a great day. Highly recommend!

This was Zala’s first grooming experience, and I am delighted that it was at Wag Hotels. My fur baby looked great and was handled with loving care.

I love Wag hotels Oakland, And most importantly, my pup Alfie absolutely loves coming here too. I’ve purchased a package for doggy daycare now that I have to go into the office more regularly and I find the price very reasonable with a package discount. They’re also really flexible with drop off and pick up times. I feel so much better knowing my dog is safe and well cared for while I’m away from home for an extended period during my in office days. I love talking with the staff at pick up time. I can tell they really care about the animals, and that my dog is really bonded with his caretakers. I also just left him for boarding for a longer vacation, And that seems to have gone quite well. All in all, I feel like Wag hotels Oakland is a great place where you can trust that your animals will be safely cared for while you are away from home. My dog doesn’t mix well with other dogs and they have a great one-on-one program for dogs who are not really able to socialize. My only complaint is that they don’t have an outdoor pet relief area. I’ve noticed sometimes my dog gets confused about potty time at home and has had a couple accidents in the house since he started going there. I figu

Have been boarding my dogs here for 6 years, they have always provided consistent service. I appreciate the dog cams that allow me to check up on them while i am away. 24 hour drop off and pick up is really helpful with my family’s schedule. The manager at the Oakland location went above and beyond to make sure Luna and Stormy were taken care of, I greatly appreciated you Nick!

I had previously used Wag Hotel for an overnight stay for my pup and remembered them while I was getting ready for a move. They let me know they offered daycare for pups so I dropped her off for the day. Upon pick-up, they informed me that her stay was free and that she had an additional complimentary stay. Such a life saver! My pup went back two days in a row and it was such a great relief to know she was safe and out of the way of the movers + while I cleaned my apartment out. Unfortunately, my move took me out of the state, otherwise we'd be back for future stays! My pup had private 1:1 with the staff because I was unsure how'd she'd react being among other dogs; I certainly did not want to overwhelm her. The staff was super accommodating and offered the 1:1 choice as the best solution for me and pup's anxiety. Overall, the drop-off/pick-up was quick and seamless. The staff was super helpful and informative. And all the dogs that arrived at the same time greeted the staff eagerly--that's a great sign. They even sent the cutest pictures of her after her stay! Cannot recommend them enough.
