So of course the mix reviews had me skeptical but it had better ratings than other places so I went ahead and trusted the many good reviews. It was quick drop off, I got there about 20 minutes after opening and there was dogs already ahead of my Milo it is first come first serve. When I picked him up I had a little “my baby looks grown” moment because when I tell you my Milo got dropped off looking like a pup when I picked him up his haircut made him look like a small adult dog. I’m so pleased with his haircut, I checked him from paws to tail and he was perfect will definitely be going back.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was my third time bringing my dogs here. The first time it was okay, second time not great when my dog’s hair was cut incorrectly. However, I decided to give this place another chance. Before bringing them in today, I actually looked at some of the reviews and had a feeling that maybe I shouldn’t bring them back. Looking back now, I should have trusted my instincts because this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any groomer. I waited at the front desk for about 20 minutes before anyone helped me. Around 6:00 PM, I called to check on my dogs and was told that one was finished and that they were working on the second one. I specifically asked if he would be ready in 30–45 minutes and was told yes. I returned around 7:00 PM only to be told that they had just put the second one on the grooming table. When I reminded them about my earlier phone call, I was told that the groomer’s had to leave for an emergency and other pets had to be attended to, and mine had been taken off the table. Again, I was told it would be another 30–45 minutes. I decided to take my other dog home while waiting for the second one. When she was brought out, I immediatel

I’ve been taking Lucy and my other dogs here for the past 4 years, and I have never been happier with the service they provide. They always take such great care of my babies and truly understand their individual needs. Snoopy has a lot of anxiety, especially when people touch his paws, and he’s also a runner if given the chance, but they handled him with so much patience and care. On short notice, they still fit us in and made the whole experience stress-free. They even surprised me by giving Lucy the cutest mohawk down her back and added a little color to it — it was absolutely adorable! I’m so grateful for the love, attention, and professionalism they show every visit. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about your pets.

this was our first time at this grooming place. kai did an amazing job grooming my puppy and gave him one of the best cuts he’s had. the prices were also great and everyone was very kind. however, i’m giving 3 stars because we noticed a roach on the floor and there was a strong odor as soon as we walked in. after the appointment, we also discovered fleas on our puppy. he is very clean, up to date on all shots, and flea/tick prevention, so this was concerning for us. i understand these situations can happen anywhere, especially around other animals, but i do think the cleanliness of the shop could be improved to help prevent situations like this in the future.
