Dropped my frenchie off today. She returned way more softer & smelled really good! Met the owner & his wife & they were really nice. Very passionate about their business. Highly recommend!

My baby Roxy would have been 14 years today. But due to Darlene's neglections her life was cut short. Mommy misses you so much Roxy. Be careful when you take your pets to groomers because sometimes they hurt our fur babies. My Roxy suffered and cried daily after she got a dislocated shoulder from going to get groomed. I was lied to by Darlene several times and ignored after I asked questions of what happened to my fur baby. That is after me being a great faithful customer and going with Darlene for 6 plus years. The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars. Responding to your message. I did take my Roxy to the vet right after she was groomed and have the x-rays that were taken to proof that she was hurt at your place. I also have the text messages from Darlene and how worried she was on how Roxy was doing afterwards. Stop lying and take responsibility for your neglections. I in the past had given a good review but now I wonder on how my pets were treated for 6 years plus going to Darlene.

I have been going to this groomer ever since they were at SE Military Dr. I had a maltipoo Kahlua, who I lost last November. Kahlua was very cranky as he got older and did not like to bothered. Darlene was extremely patient with him and never got upset when he would get aggressive. I really appreciated that. They are always so patient and caring with my pet. Now I have a new rescue. They did exactly what I asked and made Whiskey feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for all that you do! 🩷🧡💛💝

Horrible very upsetting and I called today so I can talk to the owner Darlene, which is her groomer and she told me that she will call me back. She was with a customer excuse me and what am I? After so many years that I’ve been with them when they were working for someone else, at the location on S.E Military Dr.and then they open their own and I follow them to their own place and I followed them to the new location on Pecan Valley not once but twice that she had given my furry daughter a uneven cut And shame on me for giving her the benefit and doubt that it won’t happen again and she can’t even call me back. How upsetting is that ? It’s already 6:37pm And not gotten a call back from her as you can see in the pictures below she has one side of her little head, three different uneven cut And on their other side it’s all cut very short with the long strip which I put a bow and all around her little face is not even trim and we pay for a full Service very bad service
