Took my senior dog here for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention they provided. I especially loved receiving a doggy report card with before-and-after photos, along with notes about how my sweet girl did during her visit. My dog was a little nervous at first, but she quickly relaxed after sensing how calm and patient her groomer, Jacob, was. Since she’s a senior with several health concerns, I truly appreciated how attentive both Jacob and the owner were throughout the entire process. When we arrived, they noticed some concerns with her coat. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t aware of the condition it was in, and they initially considered asking me to reschedule. However, the owner kindly stepped in and made an accommodation so they could still groom her that day. I was especially grateful because we had a doctor’s appointment afterward and were visiting from out of town. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to us. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my girl. We will definitely be back!

Nazarene is amazing! She always does a wonderful job grooming our Shih Tzu, Mochi. She is incredibly attentive and caring with him, and even though he’s still a puppy and getting used to the grooming process, she is so patient and gentle with him. We truly appreciate the time and care she puts into making sure he looks and feels his best. We will definitely continue bringing Mochi to her and will happily recommend Nazarene and Planet Pet Spa to all of our friends and family. We absolutely love them! ❤️🐾

Our dog is a weird mix of unknown strays, so we never know what cut to get him. (People always think he’s a very short retriever.. but he’s too short for that). I asked for short cut to keep his fur more manageable and extend visits and I’m very happy with how cute/handsome he still is.

They did such a good job Grooming our Izzie! We will definitely come back! She smelled wonderful. She was happy. She had the cutest little bandanna. And I love the little puppy report card that they send afterwards. So cute! The staff were very helpful and very friendly! 😊

I have been taking my Pomeranian, Koda, to Ariel at Planet Pet Spa for close to a year now, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Leaving your dog with anyone can feel nerve wracking, but Ariel makes the entire experience so easy and reassuring. She is warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She treats Koda like he is her own, remembers the little details, and always makes sure he leaves looking his absolute best. He comes home happy and perfectly groomed every time. Planet Pet Spa is always welcoming and professional, and you can feel the care from the moment you walk in. We are so grateful to have found Ariel there.
