From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. The attention to detail was remarkable, with every request handled promptly and graciously. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. We especially loved the quiet, peaceful location—it was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, yet incredibly convenient, with all of the main attractions just a five-minute walk away. The entire experience felt effortless and luxurious, thanks in large part to a team that clearly takes tremendous pride in what they do. We felt welcomed, valued, and truly cared for throughout our stay. A gorgeous hotel in an ideal location with genuinely exceptional service. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and memorable stay! We love the Vanderbilt team!

The Vanderbilt made our 50th birthday celebration completely unforgettable! We received five-star treatment from check-in to our final parting cocktail. Special thanks to Morgan and Melissa at the concierge desk, as well as Julisa and Angela from housekeeping, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. The activity programming is fantastic—we thoroughly enjoyed rooftop Pilates overlooking the water, tarot readings, and the oyster tasting and shucking class. Every meal was outstanding, from conservatory breakfasts to dinner in the main dining room and parlor cocktails. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had the absolute best experience at The Vanderbilt! We went up to the rooftop for drinks and everything was perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and truly made our experience so special. Ivan was our server and he is THE BEST! He went above and beyond for us and was so friendly, attentive, and fun. He truly made our night. Dylan and Gabby were amazing as well and everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Even the valet staff walked us through the hotel and showed us exactly where to go to get to the rooftop. The drinks were perfect, the service was incredible, and the rooftop has hands down the best view of Newport. We cannot say enough good things about Ivan and the entire staff. We will absolutely be back!

Five stars all around! From the time I arrived and even before then the experience was already top tier. Staying in this storied mansion in Newport was an experience I wouldnt forget in a hurry. The level of service was what you would expect of a five star establishment. Upon arrival I was offered water and given a tour of the facilities and the interesting theme general areas in the hotel. I was upgraded to a well appointed suite where a lovely welcome amenity with prosecco was waiting for me. The breakfast at rhe hotel.was stellar l, the fluffiest tastiest blueberry pancakes I have had in a long time. The concierge was thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable! I could go on and on but all in all my 5 star experience lived up to the hype. I hope to be back soon.
