Paws on Pelham

We had such a wonderful stay at Paws on Pelham! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was charming, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch and the rooftop deck after exploring. The location couldn’t have been better, downtown restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. We truly had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Paws on Pelham to anyone visiting Newport with their dog. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about Paws on Pelham is perfect! The innkeeper, Toni, was wonderful, rooms were clean and updated, and the location couldn’t be better. The parking included with our stay was also great and gave us peace of mind knowing we could take a drive and have a spot for us upon our return. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and being able to have our pup with us made our weekend even better! Miles enjoyed long naps on the comfy mattress!

Paws at Pelham is something special. We totally enjoyed our stay. The Breakfast was really really good and we loved the coffee. Another awesome thing is all the supply you get for your dog. Starting with bowls, bed and a fridge to store the food. Going on with treats, pee pads and pop bags. On top of that you have the location that allows you to get to the main locations in Newport by foot. All in all our stay was enjoyable and when we are back in Newport we definitely will stay at Paws at Pelham.

We cannot say enough about how enjoyable our stay was. Super clean, cozy, quiet and unbelievably friendly service. Innkeeper Tonie along with the amazing staff. From Sayda who handles the kitchen & housekeeping to the rest of the staff Daniela, Mathilde and Sammy. Thank you all for such a great experience. And we loved the noise machine in the room. Super helpful for our pup. Highly recommended by our Newport friends. And now we know. We will definitely return. Awesome spot. Super convenient location and a parking spot is provided nearby if you can’t find any V.I.P. street parking.

My husband and I booked a very last minute stay at Paws on Pelham. Even with the last minute booking, they were able to accommodate an early check in for us, and the staff was so nice about it! When we arrived, it was exactly as we had hoped: a comfortable inn, perfectly designed for our pup. We have stayed at hotels that allow dogs before, but here at this hotel we didn’t feel like having our dog with us was a burden. Along with the wonderful dog accommodations, the human aspects were great too! I loved our shower and the high end soaps. Plus the towels smelled like fresh laundry instead of just bleach like at other places. For the breakfast that’s included, I was expecting the usual continental options, and instead we were greeted by delicious eggs and breads. I just loved it. The staff was very friendly, and it’s a beautiful property. Definitely recommend. Plus it’s a great location!
