I can’t recommend Autumn at Salon CTI enough! She gave me a gorgeous lighter balayage and a fresh trim, and I absolutely love how it turned out. From the moment I sat down, she was prepared, explained every step of the process, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She made sure we were on the same page before getting started, and her attention to detail definitely showed in the final result. On top of being incredibly talented, Autumn is so easy to talk to. She kept the conversation fun and had me laughing, which made the appointment fly by. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, does beautiful work, and makes the whole experience enjoyable, I highly recommend Autumn. I’ll definitely be back!

Autumn did a great job on my make up for my wedding day. She took her time to pick all the right colors for me!! She even listened to my opinion and adjusted my make up to my liking !! She was fun and made me feel very special like a glowing bride!! She is a talented makeup artist, and I highly recommend her!!!!

I had been growing my hair out for a long time and was so nervous to make a big change, but I had an itch to chop it all off and go back to a more natural brown color. Autumn absolutely nailed it! She listened to exactly what I wanted, helped me find the right length and color, and somehow made it look even better than I imagined. My hair feels healthier, looks fuller, and the color blends so naturally. The cut gives me so much more movement and style while still being easy to manage. If you’re thinking about making a big change, Autumn is the person to trust. She’s talented, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand your vision. my hair was ruined by salon CTI. back in october, i had booked an appointment with lori for a curly hair specific haircut. my curl pattern before my haircut was BEAUTIFUL, i loved it so much. i was just hoping to get some split ends off, reduce frizz and to have a couple face framing pieces. i specified this to lori, showed her pictures of my hair normally (i came in with it tied up in a ponytail and very frizzy) and also made it very clear that i only diffused my hair occasionally, i liked the low maintenance of letting it air dry. i was very firm in what i was looking for and i emphasized how much i loved my curl pattern. i had just figured out i had naturally curly/wavy hair less than two years prior and was very happy i finally mastered my routine, it was just a bit frizzy at times and i was hoping to reduce that. lori went ahead and told me i should get a butterfly haircut. she showed me a picture of a butterfly haircut on curly hair and i liked the shape so i agreed. i had no idea what i was getting into, but the hairstylist knows best, after all. what i was not told is that i would have several very short layers that would entirely erase my curls completely. also, she didn’t

Autumn did a partial highlight on me and did a great job! She fixed the yellow brass in my hair and made it blonder. She did exactly what I wanted and was super sweet. I totally recommend going to her!
