They special ordered me an outdoor rocking chair. Came in when they said it would. Helped me load it in my vehicle too. Great, friendly people. Thank you so much. Outdoor rocking chair, $59.95, love it!

Always had a very positive experience here. I primarily use this store to rent seasonal lawn equipment. The staff is helpful and friendly and the pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

Bought my Ego lawnmower a year ago from a different retailer. Not able to get mulching blades off to sharpen so I took the mower into Kitz and Pfeil in Menasha on a whim and was in and out in under an hour with new blades replaced and old blades sent in to get sharpened. Thank you Steve for your help today! Will definitely be sharing my story and highly recommend the Menasha store.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever I have needed. Jim in Parts & Service has been a lifesaver whether it's my lawnmower, snowblower or my Stihl tools. He makes sure I get the correct parts. Even when the phone is ringing or customers are stacking up at the counter, Jim is patient with each an every one of us!
