Tina & Dylan were so amazingly helpful! I stopped by right before closing on a last-minute mission to get a life vest for my dog before a camping trip this weekend. I walked in feeling like THAT customer who walks in right at closing 😅, but Tina immediately made me feel welcome. I asked if I could bring my dog in to try on vests, and she said yes but also offered to bring a measuring tape out to the car if he was nervous, such a thoughtful touch. She took the time to explain the differences between the two vests, asking great questions about our lifestyle and my dog's comfort with water and harnesses to make sure we left with the right fit. Such awesome and patient guidance. And when I needed an extra hand with questions, Tina brought in Dylan, who was just as warm and helpful. Together, they made sure I left with everything I needed for my trip, no stress at all. Just a team that very much cares about their customers (and their dogs). Ruffwear in Bend is lovely ☺️. Thank you Tina and Dylan for turning a stressful errand into a pawsitive experience. We'll be ready for the water this weekend because of you!

Stopped by on our roadtrip back home and it was awesome! Our Great Dane is an XL and it was so great to have to many options for him.

Scooby’s mom (employee working today) was so helpful. She took so much time with us and our new pup, Milo, to figure out best collar, harness, emergency pack and lots of things for future wishlists. The look on Milo’s face says it all. She was wonderful!!!!

Excellent customer service. The associate at Ruffwear was very knowledgeable about their products and he was really nice to my new puppy. I’m stoked that Ruffwear is a Central Oregon company. I’ll be looking to them for anything else my puppy needs. Highly recommend.

Ruffwear Factory Store in Northwest Crossing is Bends Best Kept Dog Secret. If you have a dog in Bend and haven’t visited the Ruffwear factory store in the Embark building on Lolo Drive in Northwest Crossing, you’re missing out. This place is a MUST VISIT for any dog owner in Central Oregon. The selection is incredible, dog toys, leashes, harnesses, beds, jackets, and pretty much every piece of quality gear your adventure dog could need. Since it’s the factory store, you’ll often find great deals on premium Ruffwear products that would cost significantly more anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, not pushy, which I appreciate. What makes this spot special is that you’re buying directly from the source, Ruffwear is a Bend company, and supporting their factory store means supporting local. Plus, the Embark building location in Northwest Crossing makes it super convenient to stop by, and there’s plenty of parking. Whether you’re gearing up for hiking, camping, river days, or just daily walks around NW Crossing, Ruffwear has you covered. My dog is significantly better equipped than I am at this point, and I’m okay with that. Highly recommend for any Bend dog
