My little girl, Lola, had her first bath at a proper dog grooming salon here today, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Ben was great with her and she had such a clean, fresh scent afterward. 🐕🪻

I have always been given excellent help when I visit Petco. I was looking for a certain cat condo and the only one that fit what I wanted, needed to be assembled. The associate offered to assemble it for me but I didn't have time to wait. This associate looked on line at a different pet store to find the cat condo I was looking for that was already assembled. She found one and told me that if I didn't like the cat condo at the other store, she would match the price of we came back to her store. She didn't need to do that, but it show good customer service. I will continue to shop at her store first. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

I want to give a shout out to the MANAGER of Petco. Her name is Karen !!!! It’s very confusing to know how to use our Petco points to quantify for a free bag of dog food on the Petco website. I could not figure out how to retrieve the QR code to get my discount. I left very frustrated !!! Karen ran out to my car to assist me. With her help , I came home with my dogs kibble in hand ! Thank you Karen ! Truly a valuable Petco employee 💕 !!!! Diane H.

Do NOT buy plants from their tank. I want to preface this with, the only items in the 2.5 gallon tank were from this store. I purchased two plants from here over a month ago. I quarantined them in a 2.5 gallon tank (also purchased with the plants), to make sure that there were no issues/unwanted hitchhikers into my 10 gallon tank. There was a ramshorn snail that was on the plant, but that wasn't an issue and I left it in the 2.5 gallon. Since it had been over a month without incident I finally moved just one of the plants over to my 10 gallon. A few days later the ramshorn snail started acting weird and passed. Come to find out, Planaria (a snail, shrimp, and weak/old fish killer that I have attached a picture of that I took) had come in off of the plants. If they were on the two plants I purchased I can almost guarantee they are on the other plants in the tank — as Planaria will hide/lay eggs in plant roots. The Planaria are also nocturnal, which makes it hard to know they are even there until something happens. Now I'm working on damage control for my 10 gallon that has a Horned Nerite snail and Amano shrimp in it. If you have a nerite snail, like I do, you can't use any of the

Incredible staff at this location. Always extremely kind. Had some punks try to cut me in line today and the employee working the register kindly thwarted their efforts in a professional and nonchalant manner. 10/10
