PetSmart Grooming

Some people like the service, but it just wasn't what or where I would like to have my pom cared for.

The freezer has been down since December and here we are in February. I’m now having to drive to Odessa to get my reptile his frozen food. For a major business as PetSmart they shouldn’t be on this a lot quicker.

Julie is awesome. Lacy looks awesome. If you need a groomer ask for her.

They treat my dog, like she belongs to them! Lisa, Christy, and grooming team always treat me and dog with care and respect! They know me and my dog by name! I honestly love them all and they do the best job ever! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I took my golden doodle to PetsMart on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 10:00 am. I received a phone call around 2:30 pm informing me that my dog was ready. Upon arrival, I paid $140.00 for grooming. When I returned to the salon, I found my dog back on the table having her hair cut around her feet. She was still wet under her neck, there was no spritz used, and she had no bows despite paying an additional $27.00 for this package. Once home, I noticed that her hair was unevenly cut and had to fix it myself to avoid her looking unkempt. This was a terribly disappointing experience, as I have never encountered such poor grooming at any other establishment. I had hoped to save some money by bringing her to PetsMart, but in the end, all I saved was maybe $20.00. I will not be returning to this establishment with my dog again. It was a horrible experience.
