I loved my baby Ralphs results! He’s a 5 month old Cavapoo and he looked so cute and smelled so clean! I asked for a natural cut and a face clean up! A full grooming took about 3 hours which worked with my schedule! Definitely recommend and I will be coming back! Thankyou Debbie and Woofs & Purrs! ❤️

Debbie did a beautiful job on my daughters dog! So professional from even the very beginning of making an appointment. I expressed to them at the beginning that Remi was a nervous dog, and hadn't had a groom for a long time. The lady that answered the phone knew exactly who would be great for Remi! I highly recommend Woofs and Purrs. Its not worth the "cheaper" groomers..trust me. For a good groomer you will spend more money..its all worth it in the end! Invest your time, money and all your pets with woofs and purrs!

I had an amazing experience with Woofs & Purrs Grooming! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. My pet came home looking absolutely fantastic — clean, fluffy, and happy! They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and treated my fur baby with so much patience and love. The grooming quality exceeded my expectations, and the whole place was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I'm not really sure how I feel on a 5 star scale. I felt like they were pretty disorganized altogether. I reached out because my cat was very matted and I felt a professional would be best to help. I was very forthcoming in my emails about her age, the fact that she was matted & had never been to a groomer before. I told them she would most likely need some type of sedation, considering she won't even allow us to brush her. It seemed all that was understood. When I picked her up, I was told they had to stop grooming because she became too difficult. I was aware that they may stop grooming for that purpose. They did get all the mats cut, so I'm grateful for that. But....my cat looks terrible. The more I look at her, the more disappointed I am that a professional couldn't do a better job. I watch cat groomers for fun (that don't live anywhere near me) & they're usually able to complete grooming, even with the most aggressive cats. My cat is rather docile; however, I take into consideration that this was her first time & she was probably super stressed. Nonetheless, my expectations for a professional was not met. I may need to shop around more.
