I had my dog groomed there 3 times and though they were very expensive (and tried to upsell me on everything), he smelled nice and was happy so I didn't mind. The problem was that every time I arrived for my appointment, I was told I was too early and had to 'walk around' and wait until they were ready. I literally was within 10 minutes of my appointment time, but I complied. The last time was too much. I walked him and waited outside the grooming area until I was waved in and so I entered. Dani stated "he's just going to have to wait in the kennel longer now" I told her my appointment was for 2:30 and showed her on my phone that it was 2:26, at which time she rolled her eyes at me. I asked if I should be back in an hour and she rudely told me "I will call you when he's ready but it won't be anytime soon!" I should have taken my dog and left, but I was so shocked at her rudeness. I did get a call when he was done and arrived to find that Dani wasn't in the grooming area and I was so relieved. I paid for the service and had already decided that she wasn't going to get a tip this time because she had been so rude. Of course, as soon as I got my dog, in walks Dani from the store area,

Rachel and Dani are both very patient and kind with my dogs. They always do a wonderful job. I have a husky and she is definitely a handful. Rachel is so nice at trying to keep her comfortable. My doodle thinks she’s his second mom.

Dani was my groomer and I have to say she is excellent!!! My dogs always look amazing after spending a grooming session with Dani. I can tell that she cares about them too. She always hugs and treats them kindly when I bring them in for a grooming. Excellent Service, Quality, and Timely. Thanks again to Petco and Dani!!!

My mother asked if PETCO GROOMING could cut the nails on her small dog. They told her to go get the dog and bring it over. When she came back with the small dog it was then that they asked her for the rabies report card. They also said that it would cost $100 Dollars to cut the hair on a small dog. Why didn't they tell her that from the beginning so she wouldn't have to drive home to pick up the dog and then drive all the way back to the store? The people working there should be educated on the RULES AND REGULATIONS so this doesn't happen again. The GROOMING SECTION of the store gets THREE STARS For The INCONVENIENCE. Everything looks good but there's always room for Improvement. Now let's work on those five stars.
