Vicki did an amazing job balancing my vague requests and keeping our cavaliers looking like the breed but just shorter. She works fast and is very reliable. Can’t go wrong with Vicki!

Staff was polite and friendly, however I paid for additional summer add on package which was supposed to include conditioner , spritz fragrance and some kind of bandana ,which he did not get . My dog had no smell at all. Couldn’t tell any difference.

This was our first experience with grooming at this Petco location. We had a strong referral to Vicki. She did not disappoint. She diligently took notes on what i was looking for for our little cavalier. She obviously is an experienced groomer. We were so pleased with the results. She did a great job shaping the dog and keeping his overall appearance but with some good trimming. We really appreciate her excellent service and have already booked another appointment for our other dog. 5 stars!

When I dropped the dog off for a haircut, they asked if I wanted to add nail trimming. It was an extra cost. I said no. Then when I picked her up, I asked why the bill was so high, and they said that they had given her a bath and trimmed her nails. I said that I had specifically declined the nail trimming. To which the girl said that the nail trimming is included with every bath. I also did not ask for the dog to be bathed. I had just bathed the dog two days earlier. To which she replied that they wash every dog before giving them a trim. This was not made clear to me when I dropped her off. Also, she said that they were unable to complete the haircut because the dog was too squirmy. So they trimmed her face paws and bum. A face paws and bum trim is advertised at $15 for walk-ins. I paid $75. After having this awkward conversation with the girl, she then asked if I would like to leave a tip. I almost laughed out loud. Update: I called the phone number that the owner listed in his reply to this review. Waited on hold for five minutes but nobody ever answered. I hung up and called back. Waited for another three minutes and nobody ever answered. If you want to make this right, you ca

love the groomers they are awesome but rates increased by like 20-40 dollars and they took away rewards. And the rewards you do have they literally have not been applying them. I get the same thing pretty much every time. but the bill increased like $30 and this time i did not add a teeth brush or a nail clipping. Personally not worth the cost here🤷🏽‍♀️ And what is the point of the rewards if you all never apply them for me. If they were actually applied it would have save me about $20.
