We We can’t think enough the group of young crowd that works here. They’re absolutely amazing. They greet us with such respect and they take the time to get to know us. They know us by our pets. They greet us every time we come in they take the time to explain. The product that we buy, they know us by our pets and they treat us like fun. We absolutely love this cruel people from the manager all the way down to the most recent sales associate Grayson. With love from the Dane owner Gloria and Israel

I'm a fan of pet supplies plus, but this won't be my go to location unfortunately. Unless you own a dog or even a cat, there isn't much option here for you. Nothing wrong with the people or store itself, simply just the lack of options outside cat or dog stuffs

I stopped by Pet Supplies Plus the other day, and I just had to say a few kind words about a young worker named Alyx. They were working the cashier, but they did much more than that. They helped with the dogs so gently and kindly, you could tell they really cared. Alyx greeted me with a warm smile and spoke in such a polite, patient way. These days, that kind of kindness means a lot. They took their time to help, never rushed me, and made sure everything was just right. It’s nice to see someone who does their job with heart. Alyx is a good one, and I hope the store knows how lucky they are to have them.

Expensive, but they have a ton of options for anything you’re looking to buy. I also love peeking into the cat adoption area, since there’s usually a cute cat sleeping in there. The staff are super nice, and I bathe my dog regularly at their wash station (using a punch card).

I love this location, I take my dogs here for the dog wash and I love all the products they carry. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, I love their vibe and the store is always clean. What I feel should happen is they should have a leash rule for dogs because it was an inconvenience to bring my dogs and seeing a loose dog inside the dog wash area. The woman in there basically told the staff member that she brought her 2 dogs and there wasn’t a way for her to deal with the dog while she was washing her other, also stated that I shouldn’t bring my dogs if they’re not friendly. My dogs aren’t violent nor have they ever bitten anyone or attacked any dogs. My Rottweiler gets anxious and she does bark. Wouldn’t hurt a fly but unfortunately because of her breed she does look scary. However, I think that it’s basic safety procedure mainly because not all dogs like a random dog coming up to them. The staff member there did try to help me out by saying the right thing to do was wait but in the end I did feel like she sided with the other customer and her needs instead. I suppose the reasoning was that she was expecting her to finish up then go. There were stalls that were empty but b
