First time customer who was blown away with the service I received! They went above and beyond to make my experience a good one for me and my pet! Bogie was happy and slept on the way home and he is handsome and shiny now!

I’ve taken my 2 great pyrs here for a long time! Willa used to be our long-time groomer who did an amazing job each time, but the past two visits with different staff turned out good. Ample parking and it’s easy to book online!

My dog had his first bath & brush here this morning and it went very well. He's a little nervous when it comes to certain parts of a groom, but the staff reassured me they would be extra gentle with him. When I picked up my little man, he was super happy and squeaky clean. They said that he did great and that really warmed my heart. I am grateful I found a place that loves my dog as much as I do. Everyone who works there is super kind and understanding.

LINDSEY was so patient with my girl (and me😂) and did such a great job! I had been grooming Maggie myself for 6 years or so after multiple bad experiences due to her behavior but it got out of hand and I needed help. Lindsey met Mag and listened to my concerns and it all went better than I could have hoped. We’ll be back for sure!!

We have a rescue pup who is about 1.5 years old and has not had a consistent home since we got him a few months ago. He can be very anxious around new people and environments, and April took the time to listen to me and get to know him. She did a FANTASTIC job with him. He looks SO good and he left so happy. The assistant manager, Michelle, was also incredibly kind and took a lot of time to listen. We appreciate them and will definitely be back with Ollie.
