My kitten was labeled “aggressive” after being handled so roughly that she screamed throughout the visit. Maybe ask why a terrified 12-week-old kitten became defensive before blaming the kitten. Won’t be returning.

Staff woman was rude, wouldn't let Me wash my dog although I was there 15 minutes before the station closed. Store was open another 90 minutes

Give them a try - I've been going there for a couple of years. This time was really bad and I won't be returning but you may have a different experience so check them out.

They did a great job, it's so hard for me to do my pups face and feet and for $15 I'm happy and he's happy to be done so much faster

Yes. I just called to make an appointment for two of my puppies. I was pleased to know that I, could schedule an appointment within a few days. Wow! I waited 5 month for my regular groomer which at the end never called me back. Petco is it!!
