I have taken my 13-pound Schnauzer, Romeo, to this groomer for well over a year, paying $100 each time. I continued coming back because I trusted the business and, at one point, specifically requested Karina because I was happy with her work after a terrible experience with a different groomer. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill, and after this last appointment, I am DONE. Romeo was returned to me looking absolutely terrible. His coat was choppy, uneven, excessively short, and full of obvious patches, and his beard was a complete mess—long pieces, short pieces, and nothing even. He barely looked like a Schnauzer. For $100, this level of grooming is simply unacceptable. When I complained, I was told they “didn't know where the patches came from.” I'm sorry, but if my dog goes in with an even coat and comes out with patches, where exactly do you think they came from? The proposed solution was for me to drive 40 MINUTES back so they could “even out” the patches and beard. I love coming to the Petbar located in the Heights. We’ve been taking our two shihtzus with Karina for over two years now. Karina does impeccable work and is always very attentive and caring with our little ones and their needs. We could not recommend her enough.

Karina, thank you so much for always taking such great care of Zeus! 🐻‍❄️ His grooming, bath, and teeth brushing always come out perfect, and he genuinely loves going with you. It gives me a lot of peace knowing he’s in such caring and professional hands. Zeus always comes back looking fluffy, clean, happy, and smelling amazing. Highly recommend Karina to anyone looking for someone trustworthy who truly loves dogs!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience bringing my dog, Cici, to this grooming salon! The groomer — Bee, who took care of Cici was incredibly kind, always with a bright smile. Despite the fact that Cici was very dirty from all the recent rain, the groomer cleaned her so thoroughly—she looked spotless! The haircut was beyond perfect; Cici now looks like a teddy bear! I’m so grateful and highly recommend this place—such a fantastic groomer and service!

Karina did a wonderful job with my Miko! She is thorough and makes sure your comments are taken care of! The facility is clean and you can tell everyone cares for the dogs. Miko was so happy after I picked her up and she looks even cuter than usual! Thank you! I will be back
