⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STORY TIME — THEY BROUGHT MY DOG BACK TO LIFE 😂🔥 My husky Shelby is 9 years old, and I’m not even going to lie… it had been WAY too long since she had been professionally groomed. Her coat was rough. I’m talking damn near sandpaper 😂. I knew she needed some serious attention. The problem is my schedule is ridiculous. When I finally have an open day, I need somebody who can get me in NOW. I’m usually a same-day, walk-in type of customer because I genuinely don’t know what my availability is going to look like weeks in advance. I called Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming. I knew about the location off Holcombe, but found out about the newer Heights location and gave them a shot. They got Shelby in THE SAME DAY. That alone was huge for me. But the service? Man… I gave them the most rough, vague instructions imaginable on how I wanted Shelby to look 😂 basically, “You see her… make her look good.” THEY EXECUTED TO PERFECTION. When I got my dog back, I could not believe it. Her coat feels completely different. She looks amazing. She seems happy. She’s walking around like she knows she’s fine now 😂😂😂. No complaints. None. They listened, understood exactly what I was trying

This was my first experience getting my dog groomed. I’ve been into woof gang multiple times in the past because my dogs love their cookies! But even I love the cookies! I don’t eat them like my dogs of course LOL but they are the cutest little designs! I enjoy picking out the cute treats for them and bringing them home. I have a pitbull so I haven’t had him professionally groomed or bathed, I’d normally do it myself. I wanted to try it out though, and was so happy that I did! It took about 45 minutes to an hour and he came out cute and shiny, and even had a little bandana! I will be coming back to get him bathed with a little nail trim as well. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this grooming salon. I specifically book appointments because I do not want my Goldendoodle sitting there all day, especially since previous visits have taken around five hours. During my most recent appointment, I arrived on time only to wait 48 minutes because the groomer did not wake up on time and was stuck in traffic. What was most frustrating was that no apology or accountability was given. Being late can happen, but a simple apology and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this is not the only issue I've had here. On another visit, I picked up my dog after about four hours. A couple hours later, I realized that her right eye was completely shut, her lashes were cut extremely short, and her eye was red and irritated. I ended up spending $178 on veterinary treatment for her eye. I called the salon to report what happened and to simply understand whether something might have occurred during grooming (for example, shampoo getting in her eye or an accidental poke). No one ever called me back to address the issue or provide any explanation. As a pet owner, I trust groomers with the care and safety of my d

Five stars for Woof Gang Bakery in The Heights. I’ve been bringing my standard poodle, Betty, here for about two years now. She’s never been a fan of groomers, but she does great with this team, which says a lot. They’re patient, consistent, and always do a solid job with her cut. We recently moved to the Energy Corridor, so it’s definitely more of a drive now, but it’s worth it. When you find a groomer your dog is comfortable with, you stick with them. Reliable service, good communication, and they clearly know how to handle larger breeds like standard poodles. Highly recommend.
