Sydney did an amazing job grooming my dog, Bowie! He came out looking absolutely adorable with the cutest teddy bear cut. His face was perfectly shaped, his coat was soft and fluffy, and he smelled wonderful. You can tell Sydney takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she grooms. Bowie looked happy, comfortable, and so handsome when I picked him up. The attention to detail was incredible, and I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw him. Thank you, Sydney, for always taking such great care of my baby! Highly recommend Sydney to anyone looking for a talented, caring, and professional groomer. Bowie will definitely be back! 🐾💙

The team at the Houston location has truly become like family to us. Tracie consistently does an amazing job grooming our dogs—she’s attentive, detail-oriented, and always leaves them looking perfect. With how quickly their coats grow, we’re there often, and the quality never changes. Amber in boarding has also made such a meaningful impact on our experience. During a difficult time for our family, her kindness and care did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find people who genuinely go above and beyond, and this team does exactly that every single time.

Leaving a 15-year-old cat anywhere is not something we take lightly. Our cat is family, and senior pets need extra patience and attention. From the moment we arrived at Rover Oaks Pet Resort, the team made us feel comfortable. The facility is extremely clean, organized, and surprisingly fun. Even the cat area (“Meow Manor”) is thoughtfully designed and peaceful. What really stood out was the people. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and clearly loves animals. While we were away on vacation, we even received text updates, which gave us real peace of mind. When we picked up our cat, she was calm and clearly well cared for. That says everything. Thank you to the Rover Oaks team for treating our sweet senior kitty with such care. We’re grateful and will absolutely return. If you’re looking for cat boarding in Houston where the staff truly cares, this is a wonderful place.

Sydney did an amazing job on my handsome boy! Highly recommend if you have a doodle in need of a groom. She called me to go over exactly what she would be doing during the visit and made sure that what we wanted was done. We loved our visit to Rover Oaks Pet Resort :D Will be back soon

I've used Doggie Day Care at Rover Oaks Houston for months now and they are just wonderful. The staff always makes you and your pet feel welcome and they are great with the dogs! We go at least 3 days a week. My Aussie comes home nice and tired and I can tell he's had a fun day of play. He gets so excited when we enter the parking lot and is ready to play and have fun. Highly recommend!
