Absolute love this grooming salon everyone is very nice and friendly and the only person my dogs let groomn them is Martha. She is amazing and now my dogs love her. She is so sweet and tolartant with my Mini schuazers I know they give her a hard time St times but she is always able to calm them done and get the job done. I appreciate the patient she had and you can tell she really loves her job. I know my babies are in good hands T pet styling by sherry.

We took our puppy here for her first grooming last week because the salon advertises itself as a clean, spa-like place. The facility was clean, and the employees were friendly. When we dropped her off, they only asked how short we wanted her body cut. They never discussed her facial hair or asked how we wanted her face to look. They cut so much off her face without asking that she looks like a completely different dog. Before the appointment, she had an adorable teddy bear look. Now that look is gone, and we’re very disappointed with the result. It also seems like her coat was lightened or bleached. Her color looks different, and she even smells different than before. I called to speak with the manager about our concerns. I was disappointed that there was no apology. She said she would talk to the groomer, but instead she simply handed the phone to the groomer. The groomer also never apologized. She asked, “What can we do to fix it?” Since this is our first puppy and her very first haircut, I honestly didn’t know how to respond. Once the hair is cut, there’s really no way to undo it. Unfortunately, because of both the grooming result and how our concerns were handled, we will n

We took our puppy, Zara there and they did an AMAZING JOB! The last groomer we took her to, they literally said my baby was a bad girl... but these amazing people said that she was great and loved her experience ❤️ I am so thankful for this place for making my baby look beautiful and comfortable!

Been going to this place for three years. We have Toy Yorkie . She very sensitive and we inherited her from my sister in California when she passed away. They were doing a great job as long as they cut her like we ask. Then about 6 months ago we ask to just trim because she is very thin and she’s 12 years old and she gets cold really easy. Ask Kayla to please just trim. She cut more than we ask. Then it kept getting more difficult to make her understand so I gave her a third chance and this time she went over board and cut her down so close , it will takes month to grow back and it is not summer yet. You pay for what you want done not what the groomer wants done. Never taking her back there again. Carol and David office personnel were fanstastic .

We had been taking mini to this place since she was 4 mths old.. she is a shih poo. My husband was always the one to drop her off due to my work schedule… mini has a lot of hair but I would always make sure that she was combed and brushed out prior to my husband taking her in and we had been getting her cut down shorter.Natalie would always give compliments and thank my husband for having her brushed out and not coming in with mats... the cuts were not always precise and we did not complain even though they went up on their prices and began to charge for bows….well on the one day that I bring her in for her cut the very thin lady behind the desk grabs mini (she is only 5lbs) and starts feeling all over her and shouts “ she’s matted” all for the world to hear and very unprofessional… I said no I bushed and combed her last night and this morning.. she then finds the tangle and said see she’s matted.. after going round for round with her and dealing with her aggressive behavior I told her I did not want to talk to her anymore because she was being too loud and aggressive, I asked her to get the groomer Natalie to come out.. Natalie and another lady comes out and began feeling on mini
