Went in for an appointment today and was accosted by the lady in the front saying that we were undercharged for previous grooming visits. This was never communicated to us before, either at our previous visits or prior to this visit. Extremely unprofessional behavior and I'm disappointed that this is how they treat their customers. Of course, price increases are understandable in today's market, but that needs to be communicated to the customer in an informative manner. What did they want me to do - pay them the additional costs for groomings last year since they "undercharged" me?

Took my dog, Maisey, for her first groom. Staff was very nice and accommodating for my last minute request to have her tail dyed. I was nervous about how my dog would do for her first groom but the staff was reassuring. Everyone was professional and moved efficiently. I’m very satisfied with how Maisey’s groom went, Alyssa did a great job!

We took our Maltipoo, Teddy, to Paw Babies Pet Salon for a full bath and groom and had such a great experience! Solin was the one who worked on him and did an amazing job—so kind, patient, and attentive the whole time. They really listened to what we wanted and paid attention to every detail. When we picked him up, Teddy looked absolutely adorable—his coat was perfectly trimmed, super soft, and he smelled amazing. He came home happy and relaxed, which says everything about the care he received. We’re so happy with how he turned out and will definitely be coming back!

I've been taking my dog Bailey here for a few months to do the paw trim and sanitary deal. Getting an appt has been really easy online. Bailey has gotten things done by almost everyone, but I'd really like to highlight how great Miranda was. She was very attentive to what I needed done with Bailey and Bailey took to her really well. Miranda to avoid damaging Bailey's coat did hand scissor work and she let me know different hot spots Bailey had on her that I wouldn't have known. We will definitely be booking her for future full groom appts.
