Dogtopia of San Jose

I can’t possibly list all the great qualities of this facility. The staff go above and beyond to assist my two dog’s needs. They each have distinct personalities and have adjusted to daycare and boarding well. I’m so happy to have found Dogtopia.

We recently started taking our dog to Dogtopia for daycare as well as boarding and dog walking while boarding. I couldn’t be happier with their staff, service and facilities. We 100% recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a clean, high quality dependable and responsible daycare/boarding facility. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

I love Dogtopia! The staff are the friendliest and sweetest people, and you can tell how much they love each dog. The peace of mind that I have when I leave him there is priceless.

We felt our pup was safe and well taken care of. We did the meet and greet and came back for half a day so our dog was more familiar with it before dropping him off for 3 days. We appreciate that we are able to drop off dry and/or wet food, and that we can also bring in his bed so he’s more comfortable with the scent. A huge perk is the camera to check in on the pup. The only thing I felt could be improved is the camera feed. The camera lagged when checking in on our pup. Overall we really liked this place and will certainly board again!

We take our pup here mainly for safe socializing, and it has been a great experience. The webcams are a huge perk and give us peace of mind. it’s fun to check in and see him playing and making friends. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate that they know him by name even with so many dogs coming through. The play areas are well supervised and they’re good about giving dogs breaks if the excitement level gets too high. We’ve also used their overnight boarding and felt totally comfortable knowing he was being looked after. Being able to check in on him through the cameras while we were away gave us such peace of mind. They take care of grooming needs too. They've offered to trim his nails when they get long, and they’ve even cleaned his eye boogers when needed. It’s those small, thoughtful things that show they really pay attention. The place is kept clean, our pup always comes home happy and tired, and we feel confident leaving him in their care. We highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe, friendly environment for their dog.
