Our beautiful girl LOVES this place! And her humans love it, too! Her coat is so beautiful and shinny after every visit. I've never seen her more happy to get a bath. And the overall aesthetic of the place is amazing. So cute and pink ... it makes us happy every time we go in. Location is a plus, too. I can do some grocery shopping or enjoy a coffee or meal at a nearby vendor while we wait. Highly recommend.

I’ve taken my dog to this spot for roughly a year now, and each experience has been very positive. All of her appointments are done with Sonya, who does an amazing job each time. They offer an allergy shampoo which is great for my dog with sensitive skin. I also always grab a treat from their various options for my dog after her appointment.

Very clean place, prices are great. My furbaby likes the fancy looking dog treats there. I was looking for a closer groomer in the San Jose area and found them. The staff as so accommodating to squeeze me in for a full groom service. They also sent me pictures of her after and ask specific questions on how I want to cut my dog. She is an elderly 9 year olds and she approves of this place. That look tells it all. Thank you

First time here, Ashley’s phone skills were exemplary. In store every one was smiling and we were greeted with kindness. Our pup went right to groomer Sonja like she was an old friend. Sonja listened to what we wanted and put our suggestions into practice. Our special girl looks perfect. Thanks Sonja

Our artist was Lara. She was so sweet and professional. We were asked what kind of length and shape we wanted for our Indiana. I noted a particular look I did not like and she took photos of what we liked. They text you 15 minutes before your baby is done and then a text when they are ready. The shop itself is cute, spacious and cutely decorated. The products they sell are reasonably priced and the treat options are galore. I would recommend if you’re in San Jose; yes it’s a bit out of the way, but Indiana did well and was happy which is all that matters to us. Thank you Lara and team!
