Our baby pup came home very distress after a horrible service, payed a lot of money for a darn half-cut, they chained my baby when the leashes are for the big dogs while my baby is a small dog and they said "To get a calming down shot" for my baby. Horrible people don't take your fur babies there.

This place was recommended to us and completely regret taking our dog. They make you sign a waiver stating that they are not responsible for any damage and harm, such as allergic reactions or cuts, done to your dog. I thought it was strange since I’ve never seen that at a groomers shop but gave them the benefit of the doubt. After picking up our dog, we noticed he would shake his head. The next day he began shaking his head more frequently and crying out loud each time. We’ve never experienced this and scheduled a vet visit. Turned out our dog had developed an severe ear infection in both ears in less than two days after grooming. Vet let us know that one of his ears had an ulcer and was bleeding from trauma, which can only be done from groomers aggressively cleaning out the ear. Our dog had to get antibiotic medication shot and ear serum as well as pain medication that will be administered for a week. The Vet even told us to reach out to the grooming shop to notify them of the situation and for them to be more gentle. Very upset that our dog had to go through this pain and discomfort. If you’re considering this place, please reconsider and go elsewhere.

I have been taking my dogs there for YEARS and today will be the last time I take them. I took my malamute for grooming. An hour after I dropped him off, Manny (the manager/owner, whatever he is) called me and told me my dog was misbehaving and was trying to bite them. I offered to pick him up and he said it was fine, however, he would not groom him if I do not bring him more often. He said I have not brought my dog for 2 years. I have barely had this dog for 2 years and I took him this past fall. (I checked my bank statement.) I called him and told him I would pick up my dog and would pay him for what was already done. When I entered the establishment to pick up my dog, my dog had a muzzle on... not really sure how my dog can bite with a muzzle on? Completely disappointed... definitely do not recommend.

took my dog to be groomed. she was very well taken care of not only did she smell amazing but they put the cutest bows in her hair. the gentleman that took her in was amazing. Would definitely recommend this shop and will be going back.

I always bring my two dogs here, everytime they come home clean, happy, and smelling great! Definitely recommend Paul's grooming, we switched from petsmart.
