EP Barks and Rec (formerly D'Lux Dog Care)

EP Barks and Rec was the perfect place for our precious pup while we were away. They provided daily updates, which gave us great peace of mind, and it was clear he was well cared for throughout his stay. He already loves going there for daycare, so boarding him while we were out of town felt like the natural choice. Knowing he was in such good hands made it much easier to enjoy our trip. We’re incredibly grateful for the excellent care and attention they gave him, and we’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

My baby absolutely loves this place. She always comes home tired out 😅 Staff is incredibly friendly, and I was worried about leaving her but they are super helpful and send you photos and updates throughout the day! They also do super cute events every month, and the bakery is super fairly prices as well! They also supervise first introductions and make sure that everyone is getting along. 🩷 If your fur baby is nervous or scared (like mine was) they are super patient and work with them. They also have live cameras available to view 24/7, so pet parents have that extra security.

We love EP Barks and Recs! I have done both boarding and daycare with them. They always kept me up to date on anything happening with him and sent pictures while he was boarded. I just say the word daycare and he gets so excited to go see all his friends. Also love the cameras, I can check on him at any point. And All the workers there love him!

My big boy Jack had the most wonderful time boarding at EP Barks and Rec! As a dog trainer I tend to be concerned; but the staff used wonderful practices to ensure he and the other dogs would be safe. They are thorough with their evaluations and ensure the dogs feel safe and comfortable during their stay. I will be boarding him and doing occasional days of play again!

We had an excellent experience with this pet boarding facility and couldn’t be more grateful for the care they gave our two dogs. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were away. We loved receiving pictures every morning—it was such a thoughtful touch and really put our minds at ease. The cameras throughout the facility are amazing and allowed us to check in on our dogs whenever we wanted, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and treat them like family. Our dogs came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be using them again!
