Puppy Love Grooming

I love this place. They call right away when your dog is ready. They treated both of my dogs really nice and they looks so pretty. I will definitely be back again! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place that treats your dogs with care and they don’t keep dogs waiting all day.

I brought my family dog here to get the full grooming. He normally wines a lot at the groomers but they were gentle with him that when I picked him up he was surprisingly calm. The price is reasonable for the full grooming. This little guy came back smelling clean and with a little free bandana.

I’ve used this groomer for years and have never had any issues until my most recent visit, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After my dog’s groom, he came home with noticeable irritation, a scab on his ear, missing whiskers, and multiple uneven spots/gashes in his coat that were not present before the appointment, and not mentioned to me at pickup. I contacted the manager, who asked me to send photos so he could review the situation. After sending the photos and following up several days later, I received no response until I reached out multiple times over 72 hours. When I finally heard back, my concerns about the quality of the groom were not addressed. Instead, I was told my dog may have underlying skin issues (issues that my vet is aware of and helping us address!), despite the fact that my concerns were about the condition of the groom itself and the irritation that appeared afterward. I also raised a billing concern, as the groom should have been $55 for my request, and the manager acknowledged appeared my groom was entered as a $65 tip, which I then tipped on top of. What has been most upsetting is not just the groom itself, but the lack of communicatio

I absolutely loved the experience at Puppy Love! 🐾 They did an amazing job with Brunno—he looks so clean, happy, and well-groomed. You can really tell they care about the pets and treat them with love. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process super easy. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💖
