Pats Pet Wash

Went to pats to use the dog wash, I feel so ripped off. First thing the door has a sign that says no soap, okay I brought my own soap anyways so I go inside and it’s nasty in there.🤦🏻‍♀️ so unfortunately since the other dog wash is out of order I have no choice but to wash my dog here so I go to turn it on can’t use a card so I pull out quarter and start on rinse. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WATER PRESURE🤬 and the water is freezing cold. For all the money that Pats makes they can’t maintain better care of their facilities!!!???? Absolutely will never come back here again.

Just used this pet wash and we were looking forward to it, as I have one also in my home town. It was terrible. The sprayer doesn’t release enough water, the water was HOT, and the blow dryer isn’t long enough to teach past my dogs back. We spent $15 for not nearly enough time trying to work with the kinks of this machine.

No warm water. The sprayer didn’t work great. It would have been easier to have just used the hose and a shop vac to clean my dog for the same comfort level for my dog.

This is the worst doggy wash that I have ever come across. I have brought my six-year-old German Shepherd here when the dog wash out by the casino is under the weather, and every time we have come here, there has been no hot water!!! The soap is so scarce that you literally have to chase it down the road just to get a couple of drops. The inside is always wet. The floors are nasty. My dog has fell in there two times trying to jump up into the dog wash area. My animals are so scared to come into this place because they’re afraid of falling because the floors are so freaking wet and the step for them to jump up into the bath doesn’t stand steel. It moves when they jump and cut their heads off. The only reason I came here this last time was because the other was closed. I wasted $10 here. There was never anything, soap or hot water or a safe place for my pets to stand. I’m glad other people had good reviews but every time I’ve come here it has been awful and an awful experience for my babies. This place needs to be shut down! It’s just mean and cruel.

Dog wash not recommended. Not the owners problem per the sign that was posted. However there is no hot water or heat of any kind. I added 6$ before I realized this. We left because even though today is the warmest day in the past few weeks its just too cold to get wet. The air blow dry was cold air.
