The whole process from start to finish has been a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The huge “FREE VACUUMS” sign out front is a joke, a cash grab. The whole layout is a one way too, so once you pull in you can’t even turn around and leave. I figured I might as well get a wash, right? BIG mistake. The wash itself is terrible quality and couldn’t even get basic bug splatter off my car. They also conveniently don’t tell you that they throw a big harsh brush on your paint and windows. It’s the same brush getting dragged across every single car that comes through there. Then at the end the dryer is ridiculously aggressive and literally shakes your mirrors around, yet somehow still leaves the entire car soaked. I had to sit there drying it myself with their “clean” towels, except they’re super cheap and every single one I grabbed was already completely soaked. Then when you finally get to the vacuums, half of them don’t even work. The ones that do are so insanely strong it feels like they’re about to rip the fabric right out of your interior. I absolutely love getting to come here! Everyone is so amazing and pleasant, and I especially love how well Issac does cleaning vehicles. He always puts a lot of time and consideration into making sure they come out perfectly clean every time! It always brightens my day when I see all the staff, and the prices for memberships are absolute bargains! Thank you Ms. Brenda and everyone else for letting me be a part of the Tidal Wave community!

At approximately 2 PM today (2-10-26), in a red Ford Expedition, I approached the kiosk at tidal wave car wash in Lawton and was approached by an employee that started her marketing speech. I let her know I was only interested in a $12 car wash. She started again. I let her know again I was only interested in a $12 car wash. She started a third time and I asked her if she didn’t hear me the first two times as I was only interested in a $12 wash. (first time at this car wash testing the waters) She proceeded to tell me (very rudely ) that “this is my job and if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else”. I asked her for her name and she told me it was Amber. I went through the car wash and when it was finished, I came around in my vehicle and approached an employee that was very nice but said he just came on shift and didn’t know what was going on. Then another employee came to my car window. I started to explain to her what happened and before I could finish explaining she said that I was rude to her employee and that it was their job to push monthly plans. I feel like that action was very unprofessional and I also felt like this employee who was not present for the conversation

DO NOT USE TIDAL WAVE AUTOSPA. The site manager at Tidal Wave auto spa called to inform me I will be receiving a denial letter in reference to my request for them to fix the damages on my vehicle. I pulled up to the car wash, entered the tunnel, exited the tunnel, wiped down the inside of my car, vacuumed it (walking back and forth around the back of my vehicle.) The site manager confirmed that when I entered the tunnel, these scratches were not on my car via their camera footage. She statues the scratches happened sometime in the 30 minutes it took me to exit their tunnel and wipe my car down and vacuum it and then notified her, the scratches appeared. WITH VIDEO CONFIRMATION THE SCRATCHES WERE NOT THERE AS I ENTERED THE TUNNEL. I received 3 body shop estimates and provided everything that I was supposed to and basically she has insinuated I scratched my own vehicle after I pulled out of the tunnel. Keep in mind I never even left the car wash property to vacuum it.. also stated they do not have cameras where you are vacuuming and wiping your car down.

I bought to biggest “best” wash possible. I pulled up, the attendants slapped that brush right on my car, no worries about leaving scratches or dents. He pushed it back and forth a total of two times on the windshield, and walked away. Went through the was thinking I should have a clean car, so I pulled over to check. Man was I wrong, dust and dirt still all over. Bugs caked on the bumper and hood still, rear bumper looked like it hadn’t even been touched, and water spots all over. Def not work the $40 I spent. Granted, I have a sort of show car, I take good care of it already, but I wanted a quick clean up. Photos attached.
