Okie Express Auto Wash

I got an email for $5.00 off my car wash. When I got to the location the employee refused to give me my discount. He said " I didn't send it." That's the help you get here. The offer for $5.00 off your car wash is a lie. It's just a scam to get you to come here. I didn't get my car washed here. I don't spend money with scammers or rude employees.

Okie Express Auto Wash offers a smooth, efficient experience with a clean layout and modern equipment. The facility is well‑maintained, and the membership options make it easy to keep your vehicle spotless without hassle. I appreciated the organized vacuum stations, clear signage, and the convenience of the club tag reader for quick access. The unlimited plan and family options are great for regular use, especially if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, it’s a reliable, professional car wash that values time and consistency — a solid choice for anyone looking to keep their car looking sharp.

I love this car wash because it's convenient and there are always attendants to help. The vacuums work great and they provide towels and glass cleaner. I only wish they had an upholstery extraction machine but idk if any car wash actually has that. It would be nice tho. Also, I like having the subscription because I come here at least twice a week so it's really a good deal only having to pay once per month.

Worse $25 I ever spent on a car wash my tires were still dull and dirty then as I got ready to leave apparently the delivery guy has higher priority over the customers. Parked right behind me and I’m still waiting to get the heck out of this drying stall spot bugs still on vehicle and dirt still on tires. So not happy

The brushes scratched the top of my car. I filed a report over a month ago and have yet to hear from the manager. I’ve called a few times and they’re never available. Usually my husband washes the car but he was out of town so I decided to have his car washed before he got back. He normally does it himself with his pressure washer. There’s clear brush marks on the top from this car wash. I also looked at the previous complaint in the file book before mine and the prior guest reported scratches on the same area of their vehicle. Update: it’s 10-8 and I still haven’t heard back from the manager yet they have time to respond to positive reviews.
