I should have read the reviews before signing the contact. However I just moved to this side of town EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My dog is a puppy and is getting used to being groomed, however she has been to MANY groomers and has come back to me completely dry. (NOT DAMP) A TRUE groomer would not return a pet “damp” ALSO KNOWN AS WET. I let her know that my dog gives me a hard time grooming her, which is why I take her to the groomer. She then began aggressively deshedding my dog in front of Me. I’ve never need a groomer continue work during pickup. When I let her know about the smell of my dog, her not being de-shed correctly and her being WET; she proceeded to yell at me through text. If you said my dog was ready…clearly she was not if her UNDERCOAT is still wet or “damp” as she stated. I shouldn’t have to go into your home to calm my pet when PLENTY of groomers have been experienced enough and professional enough to handle it. My dog not only does not lick her paws to the point of dampness, she hates the blow dryer all around. So her excuses in the text we very not convincing. Overall horrible job. Would only recommend if you do not care about your dog. Other than that, I have be

If I could give Pampering Your Pets 10 stars I would! Nicole is a very knowledgeable groomer who took the time to answer all my questions before I scheduled an appointment for my puppy Callie. My friend referred me to Pampering Your Pets and I was very happy with Callie's groom! If you are looking for a great groomer who puts your furbaby first, I highly recommend Pampering Your Pets! Thank you Nicole for Callie's amazing groom! She was so happy after the visit and loved the little scarf you gave her after her groom!! We will definitely be back for another visit soon!

Nicole thank you taking care of our Max, you’re amazing at your job, and took excellent care with our corgi baby. Thanks for also letting us know how he was doing through out the entire process. I definitely recommend her and her services and her care for the animals. She told us all her experience and training before we left our baby. We’re always nervous leaving our baby somewhere new. I’m glad we choose Pampering your pets. Max smells good and all clear from head to toe.

We recently took our pure bread yorkie rescue to her! He struggles severely with getting groomed and she was so sweet and so kind. Spending time with him before grooming g in efforts to help him relax. She took two hours to slowly pace his way through the process. She is knowledgeable and clearly loves animals. Absolutely recommend! Will return!

Only giving 1 star because I have to give something in order to post a review. Nicole gave my pup the worst cut ever. Yes, it was her first time getting groomed. Yes, she is a wiggler. HOWEVER, when you are given a picture of a dog with long fur as the "future end result" why would a "groomer" think the best way to achieve the long fur goal is to buzz cut the pups face? I have posted the "future inspiration" pic and the after pic of how my pup looked when I got her back. Her fur was not the same length as the inspiration picture because my pup is only 4 months old and we were trying to grow her fur out. Nicole did offer to come to my house to try to "even it out" but I will not allow another chance for her to go even shorter.
