OH MY DOG! Pet Grooming and Spa

Oh My Dog Grooming is the only place we'll take our two dogs to. We first started using them a year ago, and they've always tried to be accomodating even with their busy schedule. Also, our dog Kara always looks and smells wonderful, and she's happy when we pick her up. We are constantly on the move between Texas and Arizona, but I'll wait until we're back in El Paso to take the dogs to get groomed here because they really are the best. Once you find a great groomer like this, you just won't go anywhere else!

So devastated! My Chow Chow was shaved by Jan without my permission, and I was never contacted before this drastic decision was made. Instead, the groomer claims she received approval from my teenage dog sitter—not from me, the owner. A professional groomer should know better than to shave a double-coated breed without explicit owner consent. My dog loves being outdoors, and I am now deeply concerned about his increased risk of overheating and heatstroke. Even more heartbreaking is the change in his behavior—he has been hiding under tables for the past two weeks and seems to have lost much of his confidence. It’s as if he lost the coat that made him feel safe and secure. The lack of communication, poor judgment, and disregard for owner consent are inexcusable. Watching my dog struggle like this everyday is so heartbreaking! I’ve never seen him so sad & withdrawn!!

Absolutely beautiful! You can tell the staff really took their time to make my golden retriever beautiful. Unlike other places, this spa pampers your loved one with care by an amazing trim, removing mattes, and even precision hair trim near the paws to give it the "teddy bear paw" cut. Even my golden loved the spa treatment and came out fully happy for "her" treat-yo-self day. They truly take pride in their work and it shows.

Alright. My dog max since he was a puppy had a mobile groomer he loved so much. She sadly moved to another city and I tried other groomers and it just wasn’t the same. That was until I took Max here and he LOVES his groomer. They are always so accommodating and leave Max so great. From the moment I drop off and pick up Max he is always so excited and not nervous at all. I recommend this place to everyone. They also have cool bandanas for every season lol
