I had to leave my cat for 16 nights which was just so long and I was worried how that would affect him. I called to check on him and received a full report. When I finally picked him up, he was clean and relaxed and happy. I highly recommend the staff for their excellent care!

I adopted my dog two weeks ago, and he is my first dog, so when I chose a groomer I was not aware of what to look for. However after using Meadowlake I think I am certain of what I will look for the next time I use a groomer and dog daycare. I do want to say that my initial phone call with them was reassuring, which helped me feel more comfortable booking the appointment. When I made my appointment she offered the daycare evaluation, but since my dog has not been neutered yet, we went with personal daycare so that he would be able to get a potty break and someone to play with him at least twice. When making my reservation, I specifically said I did NOT want my dog’s nails trimmed. Then again at drop-off, I repeated that I did not want nail trimming done. The front desk employee mentioned that the groomer had not arrived yet, and so I went over briefly with her what kind of trim to give my dog, and again I said that I did NOT want his nails trimmed. The employee told me the groomer would call me to discuss exactly what I wanted, but I never received any call. The only update I received the entire time was a text saying he was done with grooming and ready to be picked up. I texted

This was my first time bringing my furbaby to Meadowlake for grooming services and I’m OVERLY Satisfied with their service! My baby look and smelled so good I almost cried he was so handsome lol ! It’s a few things I don’t play about and one of them is my FURBABY and I was more than comfortable at pickup ! From the front desk staff to the groomer was a 10/10 experience!

Sasha, my Siberian Husky, was groomed today by Lauren at the Galleria location. It was Lauren’s first time grooming her and it’s shedding season. When I got home my partner and I realized she did such a phenomenal job that I had to call back to get her name for this review. This is one of the best Sasha has ever looked. She went in as a big back and came out like Beyoncé LOL. Thank you Lauren!
