The store over all was great! Nice to be open and able to buy last minute items later in evening when others are already closed! I do have to say the reason I only rates this store 3 stars is because of the cashier.. she was very rude and very unfriendly! Will definitely be back again but it Hu Hu I just hopefully not when she is working.

I love this store. The staff is helpful and respectful. They always ask me if I have any questions and they answer me quickly. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Always a good shopping experience and great customer service. The workers take their time it's your turn to check out, always happy and in good spirits, their service is important to me, the was they treat the customers especially in rush hour and still keeps a smile on their face makes me happy, shows that they really care about the customers experience etc.

This is a 24-hour Longs Drugs that you can rely to grab your emergency/travel needs while staying in Hilo. Staffs are pretty efficient and they will gladly help you on your queries. A great help to fix some last minute needs!
