My kids ordered dogzilla and chilli cheese dogs. We all agree the dogzilla is better than the chilli cheese , since the chilli cheese made the bun very soggy. I also ordered fish and chip , but got salad instead of French fried. The fish pieces were about nugget size, thick and fresh, but I think they were lack of flavor, even with the dip , it kinda bland, maybe a bit more salt would be nice.

Highly recommend! We had the Chilli Cheese Dog and Bacon Your Day Dog with "Preggo Fries" for a side. The food was great and we got to try some fresh brownies that were amazing!

On a recent trip to the Big Island Hawai’i, my wife and I stopped in to Big Island Top Dog for an early lunch. My wife had a Bacon your day Dog and I had the Adobo Dog (Portuguese sausage) with a side of mac salad. I had planed on eating only half my dog and saving the rest for later, but I had chowed the whole thing down before I realized it! Both dogs were delicious with ample toppings and condiments! We were also fortunate enough to spend some time talking with the owner, Mike. He let us know that his Portuguese sausage was locally sourced there on the island. Mike is a super friendly guy selling some great food! I cannot recommend Big Island Top Dog highly enough! If you are a dog lover, this is a must stop when in the Hilo area.

My first time going and it was great. The owner was there and he was very nice and down to earth. The food was AMAZING. I got the pastele bowl. The prices are good too. I will definitely go again and recommend.

I accidentally came across this great local hot dog spot! I love a good chili dog and I’m always on the lookout for the best spots to try out. Needless to say, I’ve tried a few decent Hot Dog spots both in Hilo & Kona. But so far this is the only stop that made me stop and actually give a review! Food was hot & fresh! The fries were great too. They also serve Fish n’ Chips (which I wanna try next time) and various other sandwich goodies! Definitely recommend this place! It’s mostly takeout but they have a couple of tables and bench seating to eat or sit while waiting on your food. 🤙🏽🕺🏽🎉🤗
