Happy Dog Grooming Salon

This was by far the worst grooming experience I’ve had. We scheduled a 2:00 PM appointment the day before for our micro Goldendoodle. We arrived at 1:42 PM, explained she had some ear issues and minor matting, and received an estimate. We left believing she would be groomed at her scheduled appointment time. At 3:21 PM, I called to check on her and was told, “Sadie not ready, we not started.” Nearly two hours after her appointment time, they hadn’t even begun. At that point, what was the purpose of making an appointment? I was also concerned because there were multiple dogs roaming freely in the grooming area, yet no one asked about Sadie’s vaccination records or veterinary history. When we arrived to pick her up, we were again told she wasn’t ready. I told them I wanted my dog because I didn’t want her sitting there any longer. My husband calmly asked why appointments were being scheduled if they weren’t being honored. Instead of answering, they appeared to rush through the grooming. Watching them handle Sadie during this time made me very uncomfortable. They were much rougher with her than I expected, especially after realizing we were questioning what had happened. The bath

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! My wife just took our mini dachshund in for basic grooming and nails. When she returned our dog was in a muzzle and she was bleeding from her quick being cut. The lady didn't even put anything on it to stop the bleeding!! The ladies pathedic excuse she keeped repeating is that she bit her...well hell yes she bit at you when you cut her quick. That hurts them!!!! Very unprofessional and if you don't care for animals and are cruel to them..don't work at a dog grooming place. Will tell anyone that will listen to stay away.

I have been taking my two Schnauzers here for the last two years. The ladies do a great job are reasonably priced and I can usually get an appointment the next day.

Normally they do a great job, friendly people and great price, this time around, not sure if they got too busy or if they have new groomers but I was NOT HAPPY at all! The cut was worse then if I did it myself blindfolded, and I am not the type to leave bad reviews, but this time I really can only say think you for the cute scarf. I leave two stars instead of one because they did make my appointment that day instead of waiting two weeks, maybe it was not wise. In addition, ears were not cleaned. Owners, I ask you care for our pets as if they were all yours, if you’re too busy please feel free to say you are not taking appointments today. I was really bummed, it was his first birthday and I wished I had just decided to keep his hair long.

10/10 service! My dog usually took other groomers 3 hours for just bath but somehow they got her done within 1.5 hours. Very impressed! My dog came home feeling so clean and happy. They charge a crazy good price for the service they provided. Will definitely go back more often :)
