Barkaritaville Pet Resort

My puppy is now food motivated and more confident after boarding their hotel for 4 days. She actually whined on the way home because she didn't want to leave the place. I'm very proud of her, and I'm thankful to the staff there for being patient with my rescue shelter puppy.

I boarded 2 of my cats. I had previously used a local veterinary boarding service and they couldn't give my one cat his medication. They were both stressed when we picked them up and were labeled as very bad. I needed a better option. I toured Barkaritaville and they were wonderful. Showed me the facility and assured me the cats would be fine. They had the cats for 5 days and I was nervous. They both had their own condo and by day 3 I had an email from each ca5 with pictures. The moment I saw the pictures, I knew it was more than fine. The emails were spot on for their personalities and really cute to read. Jackie got his meds everyday and watched out his window at the world. Inky was even relaxed and although she feels she doesn't need friends, managed to interact with them when she wanted. Anyone who worries about their pets like I do, should try Barkaritaville. They were amazing and both cats were happy instead of stressed. I have already booked their next stay and am only hoping Jackie and Inky don't tell the rest of my cats that they go to a resort. In all seriousness, I don't have enough time to write all the great things about them. You can go check them out an

My two dogs have been going to Barkaritaville for months now for just the day class and they love it! It’s been great for their sociability. My white fluffy pup has been a social butterfly and loved the classes since the first day. My handsome brown pup was shy at first but I have loved hearing from the staff how he has come out of his shell and made friends! I know I can trust this location with my babies and with any future boarding needs. They have been very flexible as well! Highly highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just survived our first vacation away from Cooper, our golden doodle, all though I’m not sure who had more separation anxiety-him or me! He is usually glued to us, so I was super nervous. We took him to Barkaritaville in corpus on a friend’s recommendation, and I am so glad we did! The first couple of days were rough-he was scared and didn’t want anyone near him. But Danielle, one of the staff, worked hard to earn his trust and by mid week he was so much more relaxed they even managed to give him the haircut we’d scheduled. HUGE thank you to Danielle and the team for loving on our boy like he was their own.I also really appreciate the updates when we called to check in, they really calmed my nerves. We will 100% be bringing him back for more spa days and vacations!

**DOODLE OWNERS** I have been taking my Irish doodle to get grooms here with Pahola since he was a little puppy. He is now 3 years old and I have not been able to find anyone that exceeds my expectations like she does with his full groom hair cuts. I live over two hours away and still manage for him to come to corpus to get his hair done with her if that tells you anything!! I am very particular and obviously want my dog treated right and I know when I drop him off with her, he is in the right hands and I’m worry free. She shows tucker the extra care and gentleness all animals deserve leaving him with a very handsome hair cut! I can’t recommend this place enough to trust with your fur babies!!
