Before you book

Most groomers ask for proof of current vaccinations, rabies above all, so have the record ready.
Ask how long your pet will stay, whether dryers are heated or hand-held, and how anxious or older animals are handled.
Agree on the cut and the price before the appointment; matted coats often cost extra.

We have been coming here for years now, & our dogs always leave happy! Febi’s Ruff Cuts consistently delivers great cuts and thorough grooms. Great customer service and easy to communicate with.

Febi is incredible. She has groomed all 3 of our dogs for awhile now and they always come home happy and looking incredible. Our newest puppy was a rescue and very nervous/fear aggressive. After only 3 sessions she cannot wait to see Febi and has built so much trust with her. We will never go anywhere else

They always take excellent care of our dogs, especially our small poodle who is not easy to groom/handle due to her nervousness and antisocial personality. Their care and gentleness is evident, and our hair cuts always look great! Thank you so much for taking great care of our babies, and tailoring the experience to their individual needs.
