Won’t go anywhere else for our babies! Highly recommend JoAnn’s Ruff Cuts! She grooms our Boxers & our English bulldog/Boxer. She also grooms our grand puppy Helga! Our male boxer is a super anxious silly 100 lb big baby and they love him & are so incredible with him. They get completely pampered by everyone! I think Helga has been a client for maybe 7 years? Our boxers for more than 3 years!

I recently moved to the area and came across Joann’s by chance while driving by. We’ve had two appointments so far and have been very happy! The staff is friendly and communicative, the services are affordable, and everything is much quicker compared to other groomers I’ve used. In the past, groomers have struggled with clipping my dog’s face and nails, but Joann’s has been able to get it done both times. My dog can be pretty nervous, and he would often come home stressed with a very wet beard, but that hasn’t been the case here. I really appreciate the care they take.

my appt at noon was cancelled because I was rude to johann 3 months ago when my emotional dog was in a cage for almost 3 hours before the table I was frantic at 2 and a half being disabled, so I asked johann could you call me when shes ready for him I live 5 minutes away I had left a msg on the appt tab and she said she does not read msgs and she will never forget I was rude, no I was bipolar ptsd without my dog. she is rude and vengeful hanging onto a grudge in customer service platform

Highly recommend. This was our second time getting our Australian Shepard a trim from Joanns and we couldn’t be happier with the result and the service!! Amazing group of folks and amazing cuts, nail trim, teeth cleaning the whole 9!! They even gave him a cute Easter bandanna!!

I can’t say enough great things about Joann’s Ruff cuts! I’ve been bringing my dog here for the past five years, and every visit has been a fantastic experience. My dog is now 15 years old, and as a senior pup, she requires a bit more care and gentleness. Joann’s goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and loved. The attention to detail, patience, and kindness they show is unmatched. My dog always comes home looking great and feeling so much better, even with her aging needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every dog they work with. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your dog like family, I can’t recommend Joanns Ruff Cuts enough. They have been such a blessing to us over the years!
