Crystal Gentle Grooming

I research so many places for my dogs who are anxious and can be aggressive. Crystal became my top choice of them all and did not disappoint. She listened to all my concerns and reassured me that they will be taken care of according to each of their needs. I took her advice on what they needed, got the whole package for both of them, and they look/smell wonderful! I can't thank Crystal and her team enough for their great work. My dogs loved them so much that they didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this place to everyone ❤️

Crystal was absolutely wonderful with my two German Shepherd mixes! One of my dogs can become very anxious in unfamiliar settings & Crystal took the time to earn her trust and make the experience as stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about working with nervous and challenging dogs. I appreciated that she listened to my concerns and approached the appointment with patience rather than rushing the process. She also had excellent communication through the entire process which I appreciated so very much. Both dogs looked and smelled amazing afterward. Their coats were beautifully cleaned up, their paw trims and sanitary trims were done with care, and the de-shedding made a huge difference. If you have a dog that is anxious, fearful, or difficult to groom, I highly recommend Crystal. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for both pets and owners. Thank you so much Crystal!

Crystal’s Gentle Grooming has been grooming Ryley, our terrier mix, for several years now and we are always pleased with the service. She and her staff are kind and loving. Crystal is very reliable and books the appt to accommodate our schedules. Her price is very reasonable.

I brought my 2 dogs for the first time this last weekend and they did a fantastic job! I have a husky mix with a thick double coat, and I have a little dachshund terrier mix with a single longish coat. My husky mix is really difficult for me to groom, so I was thrilled that they were able to get pretty much all of the wooly undercoat and trim her up in a neat "husky trim" - she looked better than she ever has after going to a groomer. And 2 days later, she still smells like perfume, lol. The little dog, same thing, silky, clean, neat, smelling great! And the nail trim was perfect for both of them. My husky mix is the anxious type, and she was very comfortable with them! If you are looking for a new groomer, I highly recommend them! They are the best!! Thank you Crystal and Dahlia!!

Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! Our pup is happy and we are too! We will be bringing him regularly now! Thank you Crystal!!
